Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Warranty periods may vary between products - please check the warranty documentation or check with the sales staff what warranty period is applicable to the goods in question. Warranty claims will only be considered where the goods have not been misused. The expense of claiming the warranty (if any) will be borne by the consumer.

Cancellation of an online order due to a change of mind (where the good have not yet been specifically ordered in, collected, posted, loaded for delivery or delivered to or collected by a freighting company) will incur the lesser of $89 per order or 30% of the cost of the goods, to cover the costs associated with administration and handling of the order.
In the case of an in-store order of kayak/s and/or SUP/s, where the goods have been paid for in full but not yet collected, then such cancellation will incur $200 cancellation fee per kayak/SUP under $2 000 and/or $300 cancellation fee per kayak/SUP over $2 000.
In the case of wanting to cancel a layby then the layby deposit is non-refundable.
No refunds or partial refunds will be allowed for cancellations due to change of mind where the goods have been ordered in specifically for the customer, for example a specific colour or model that was not available at the store at the time of purchase and has had to be brought in especially for that customer.
Where the goods have already been collected, posted, loaded for delivery or delivered to or collected by a freighting company then our standard 7 day exchange policy applies (see below).
7 Day Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then you may return it within seven days in exchange for another in-stock product within the same category and of similar price (once), provided that it is still in new and saleable condition. For example, if you wish to return a kayak within 7 days of purchase then you may return it in exchange for another kayak of same or higher price. Any minor differences in price will be charged accordingly. Any freight, postage or shipping costs associated with such return and exchange will be borne by the customer.
Where the product being returned shows evidence of having been used then C-Kayak reserves the right to allow such exchange or not. In some cases where the product appears to have been used or damaged then C-Kayak may accept the return for a lesser value, at the discretion of C-Kayak.
